Hi Everyone,
Here we are at the end of the year. With Thanksgiving behind us, the holidays in full swing and the club’s new board about to be elected to serve for 2025, I think we’ve had a pretty good 2024 together.

 This is my last President’s Desk, and I would like to say that it has been an honor to serve as your club president. I would personally like to welcome the new board and its officers. The nominating committee has truly come up with the “A-Team” of hard-working volunteer board members. Let’s always remember that it takes a fair amount of hard work to keep a vibrant and active club like ours, the fun club that it is. You may not see it in action, but believe me, it’s there. In that light, I encourage each of you to consider taking a part, no matter how small, to help us continue to keep the North Shore Radio Club one of the premier amateur radio clubs in the Chicago area.

So, on to 2025: May the sunspots be plenty, the bands be loaded with DX and our radios provide us with an unlimited amount of entertaining QSOs.
